Gora Onsen is a hot spring bubbling up at the 700-meter-high Gora highlands. The soft simple sulphur spring with its faint sulphur scent has excellent benefits for fatigue recovery, neuralgia, and skin care.
The experience of soaking in the hot spring while bathing in Gora's sunshine in Taiyo Sanso's sun-drenched open-air bath is exceptional. Please enjoy Hakone's waters as a whole family.

Yes, children may use the grand bath (with a guardian). For small children, we recommend the private 'Kazoku no Yu' bath.

True to Taiyo Sanso's name, the open-air bath has especially excellent sun exposure—particularly pleasant to bathe in during the morning hours.
Grand bath 'Hi no Yu' is available 24 hours. Open-air bath 6:00–23:00. Private 'Kazoku no Yu' by reservation, complimentary, 1-hour units.
