Gakueirou's cuisine centers mountain vegetables, mushrooms, and root vegetables harvested from the Hakone foothills. Spring bracken and bamboo shoots, summer iwana charr, autumn matsutake and mountain yam, winter wild boar—the power of ingredients nurtured by Hakone's mountains expressed simply.

Meals are served in the dining room. Room service is also available for Gaku Suite guests.
