What is the cancellation policy?

Free up to 7 days before arrival. 20% (6–3 days), 30% (2 days), 50% (1 day), 100% (same day) cancellation fees apply.

Is phone the only way to book?

We currently accept reservations primarily by phone. Call 0460-82-4500 (9:00–20:00 JST).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), and PayPay. Payment at check-out.

Is there a discount for consecutive nights?

Some plans offer discounts for 2+ consecutive nights. Please enquire when booking.
