Bangakuro is a panoramic inn built on Gora's heights. As its name 'Bangakuro' (Ten-Thousand Peak Pavilion) suggests, it was established at a site commanding a full view of Hakone's layered mountain ridgelines.

The view from Gora's highlands exceeding 700 meters above sea level is special even within Hakone. Owakudani's steam rises, Hayakoma's ridgeline stretches, and on clear days the surface of Lake Ashi can be seen.
