How far in advance must I reserve?

No strict deadline, but early reservations are recommended during autumn foliage, cherry blossom, and summer holiday seasons.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free up to 3 days prior; 30% 2 days prior; 50% the day before; 100% on the day.

Can I stay as a solo traveler?

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. Please call to inquire about solo plans.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash and major credit cards. Payment at the front desk upon check-out.
